The closed, legacy platform couldn’t support institutional demand for Web3 integrations — risking competitiveness and client retention.
🔹 User challenge
Traders struggled to adopt crypto-native actions (e.g. wallet signing) due to inconsistent UI, missing mental models, and lack of onboarding.

I led the full design cycle — from backlog to delivery — updating the design system and redesigning key flows to embed Web3 functionality seamlessly, securely, and saleably.
The platform consists of several core modules, designed for scalability and role-specific workflows:
B2Core — The administrative and infrastructure layer. Used by ops, risk, and platform teams to manage liquidity, wallets, exchange integrations, and system settings.
B2Trade — The trader-facing interface. Enables professional users to execute orders, monitor positions, and interact with both CEX and Web3-native instruments — all within a unified workspace.
B2Trade Mobile - a streamlined mobile app for brokers and traders, enabling real-time monitoring, quick execution, and critical alerts — without security or self-custody principles.
