A user-centric mobile crypto wallet designed to simplify access to Web3. The app enables secure storage, sending, receiving, and buying of cryptocurrencies, with support for multiple chains, NFTs, and DApp connectivity. Built as a fast MVP, it focuses on intuitive onboarding, clear transaction flow, and user trust — making blockchain accessible for both beginners and experienced users.
🎯 Business Problem
The goal was to quickly launch and test a lightweight MVP of a Web3 mobile crypto wallet. With tight deadlines and limited resources, the challenge was to validate core assumptions about user needs, security perception, and usability before investing in full-scale development.
🧑💻 User Problem
Users, especially newcomers to Web3, face overwhelming choices and technical complexity when selecting a crypto wallet. They struggle with trust, fear losing access due to mismanaged seed phrases, and are confused by network settings, gas fees, and transaction times. The main pain points include lack of clarity, poor onboarding, and uncertainty about security.

✅ My Impact
I led the end-to-end design process, balancing speed and quality to deliver a focused MVP:
Selected optimal solutions based on the quality vs. speed trade-off, prioritizing essential functionality.
Built a ready-to-use Figma component library to accelerate design iterations and ensure consistency.
Defined and recruited a targeted group of respondents for usability testing, including both crypto beginners and experienced users.
Conducted research and analysis to identify key MVP features: secure wallet creation, send/receive funds, buy crypto with card, transaction history.

For rapid design validation, a focus group was assembled and the following metrics were tested:
